Presidents Comments: The rally in Mineola was a great success. For those of you that may not know, a
running total of the amount of money One thing is for certain, the folks in Mineola will not soon forget the Airstreamers of Region 9. Now is the time to plan for a caravan to
Bozeman. One of the highlights of the International Rally each year is the Region
9 Luncheon. This year is no different. Good food, good company and
this year we will install Ken Sands as the See you in Bozeman! Evan and Mary Ellen, Doug and Sheryl,
CC and Carla, and Lyle and Peggy and
our new 2nd vp (& spouse) Ken and
Sandy. |

- June 22
- International President’s Reception (by invitation only) Ladies– dressy western or evening dress, Men– Dressy Western or evening suit.
- June 24
- IBT Seminar All– casual (no shorts).
- June 25
- Unit Presidents’ Appreciation Dinner (by invitation only) Ladies Dressy church, Men– Dark suit & tie.
- June 26
- Executive Committee Meeting and IBT Meeting- IBT Uniform w/ Blue Beret.
- June 28
- Opening Ceremony On stage – see Protocol Book. Flag Bearers– Dark slacks/skirts, white short sleeve shirt/blouse, dark shoes, socks, and blue beret. Past International Presidents– and wives– wear your rally colors.
- June 29
- Rededication of Wally Byam Park International Officers– wear Bozeman Dress Uniform All others– dressy church.
- June 30
- Delegates Seminar & Meeting. International & Region Officers– IBT Uniform. Delegates/Alternates– white shirt/blouse, navy slacks & red tie– dressy causal street wear may be worn as an alternative (no shorts).
- July 1
- Canada Day. Red & White
- July 2
- Committee Chairmen’s Appreciation Dinner.
International Officers– Bozeman Dress uniform.
Region 9 Officers– Red Coats w/blue pants/skirts, tie, without blue beret.
All others– dressy casual street wear. - July 3
- Installation of Officers. See protocol

- Independence Day. All– Red, White & blue.
- July 4
- Closing ceremony. Persons on stage– see

Luncheon Tickets
Region 9 luncheon tickets will be on sale at the registration tables when you check in at Bozeman. Buy your tickets early so as not to miss out on this event.
The highlight for the luncheon this year will be the Installation of our new Region 9 Second Vice President, Ken Sands and wife Sandy by our very own Tom Collier, former Region 9 President and incoming International 1st VP. Afterwards you will be able to meet them both.

Rally Reminders
Unit Presidents not attending this years International Rally should authorize an alternate in writing and inform them of the dress codes required.
Unit Presidents are reminded to bring their flags and flag stands to the International Rally.
Check your tire pressures (don’t forget the spare), propane tank levels, battery condition, water hose, and waste hose before leaving with a caravan for Bozeman!
